E17 7HY, United Kingdom (we, us), concerning your access to and use of the Long & Short (https://longandshort.london/) website as well as any related applications (the Site).
The Site provides the following services: Online website connecting and informing companies and customers with speciality products, equipment and locations. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Online Order Terms
These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No contract will subsist between you and Long & Short for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Long & Short accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. Long & Short reserve the right to refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted lawfully, in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Long & Short also retain the right to withhold from completing any order providing the monies have not been taken or a full refund has not been given. By placing the order and providing payment and billing details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Long & Short decides otherwise.
Long & Short aims to provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged.
If goods do not match the description upon purchasing, have faults or are damaged in transit that is apparent upon delivery, so long as they are returned in reasonable time under the Sales of Goods Act 1979, they can be accepted as a refund. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced (if available) should you wish to not process a refund.
If you wish to return Goods for any of the reason(s) above, please contact us via or our contact us page. You should contact Long & Short within 28 days to arrange a return. Long & Short is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with packaging and documentation (where applicable). Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you via the payment method used by you upon purchasing the good(s).

You the consumer are given the right to cancel any order without giving reason under the Distance Selling Regulations. Similarly, Long & Short reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing the payment and dispatch.
All payments are made securely using SSL and via our payment processor, Stripe. No payment information including credit or debit card information is stored by us — this is transmitted directly to Stripe at point of transaction. Secure payment methods featured below.
