It all starts with identifying the best farms from each of the key regions within the coffee belt which primarily includes Central America, South America and Africa.
Working closely with our suppliers, the best varietals are processed and delivered, whilst ensuring we meet Fairtrade standards, or better.
When the coffee reaches us, we’ll carefully experiment with sampling different roast profiles in order to extract the optimal flavour for a given batch of coffee.
We’ll sample all the coffee roasted in blind tests to ensure we aren’t influenced by any information other than what matters — what’s in the cup.
